Chef Bryce Courmier

Chef Bryce boasts 30 years of experience in the fine dining industry. He began his culinary journey at 17 in Louisiana, where he developed his skills in the kitchens of New Orleans. During this formative period, he immersed himself in the region's rich culinary traditions, learning from acclaimed chefs and experimenting with the diverse flavors of Cajun and Creole cuisine.

Over the years, Chef Bryce's dedication and talent led him to take on leadership roles, where he excelled in managing and mentoring teams of chefs in Austin, Texas. His talent for inspiring creativity and cultivating collaboration within his teams has not only elevated the culinary standards of his restaurants but also enriched the overall dining experience for guests.

 

Chef Bryce and his family have embarked on an exciting new venture in Estero, Florida. After sharing his skills with an esteemed local catering company, he established his private catering enterprise, Elite Food and Dining. With a profound passion for culinary innovation, Chef Bryce has garnered recognition for producing exquisite dishes that are not only rich in flavor but also reflect his creativity and dedication to the culinary arts.
